About the M.G.A.
The Mint Green Army is the football team of St. Anne's College, Oxford University. It currently comprises three teams with players drawn from the both the JCR and the MCR. The first team compete in the first division of the Slaughter & May Oxford University JCR League and the second and third team compete in the reserves leagues.

One afternoon when there was work to be done but a cup of tea seemed like a much better idea a few of the M.G.A. were congregated.
We’d finished Facebooking people with amusing surnames and decided to check out the Keble football team’s website ahead of our cup tie against them in a few days. The web address was typed and the enter key struck. What I saw next both shocked and appalled me; it was as though somebody had seen a check list of poor website design and then materialised the beast. I insolently claimed to be able to knock out something better in half an hour and the gauntlet was lain down. A week later the domain was bought and the first version went live.
I strive to build this site to high accessibility and functional design standards using valid XHTML and CSS with content generated dynamically by PHP from a SQL database.
